A request received after 14 days is accepted and flagged to the merchant.
Personalised item
An embroidered apron is excluded from the right of withdrawal: the customer is informed, and the merchant decides.
Each test creates your own test order, so several people can try it at the same time without affecting one another. No actual emails are sent: the acknowledgement of receipt appears on screen. In your shop, it is also emailed to the customer, with a copy sent to you. The official EU notice on the legal guarantee is in the ‘Legal guarantee’ tab on each product page.
